A tracking number will be provided following dispatch. Items usually arrive within 5-7 working days however please note that international shipments can take up to 3 weeks.

You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us and we will provide a return address.

Returned items must be in their original condition with packaging and labels intact. Goods must arrive within the 14 day period to be eligible for refund or exchange.
